Top Mignonette

Walrus’ shallot and champagne vinegar oyster mignonette took 1st place at Bearfoot Bistro’s World Oyster Invitational Annual Shucking Championship in Whistler, BC. Thanks to Anthony Pane for bringing home the win. Come by, try some with your oysters, and let us know what you think.
